The invention discloses an environmental-friendly flame-retardant polyurethane foaming material for engine oil tank bottom plates and a preparation method of the environmental-friendly flame-retardantpolyurethane foaming material. The environmental-friendly flame-retardant polyurethane foaming material comprises a combined material and isocyanate, wherein a mass ratio of isocyanate to the combined material is 1:1.6. The combined material is prepared from, by mass, 75-85 parts of polyether 8666, 15-25 parts of polyester 403, 8-12 parts of polyether 3320, 2.8-3.5 parts of a stabilizing agent, 5-8 parts of a catalyst, 0.5-0.8 part of a foaming agent, 3.2-3.9 parts of water, 120-150 parts of glass fibers and 35-38 parts of a flame retardant. The environmental-friendly flame-retardant polyurethane foaming material for the engine oil tank bottom plates has advantages of high temperature resistance, high flame retardation, high strength, light weight and environmental friendliness.
