The invention provides a synthetic method of roxadustat. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: 2-bromo-4-methylfluorobenzoate is taken as a raw material, and the raw material reacts withphenol, butyl vinyl ether, acid and hydroxylamine, and then reacts with glycine. In addition, the invention further provides intermediate compounds shown by formula (I)-(V) for the synthesis of the roxadustat.
