The invention discloses an emotion regulation training system and method based on individual electroencephalogram difference, and relates to the field of emotion regulation and electrophysiology. Thesystem comprises an information collection module, an emotion judgment module, a feedback module, a human-machine interface module, an evaluation module and a data management module. An electroencephalogram biofeedback technology is used for training the emotion regulation ability; since the brain has plasticity, an electroencephalogram can reflect the transient change of the brain activity, the influences on the brain activity are completely different when different users regulate negative emotions. According to the system, the individualized emotion regulation ability of different users is trained by means of the biofeedback technology, and the purpose of improving the emotion regulation ability of the user can be improved.
