The invention discloses fruit herbal tea powder and a preparation method thereof. The fruit herbal tea powder comprises fruit components and traditional Chinese medicine components; the fruit components comprise flesh of the following fruits in parts by weight: wampee fruits, mangosteen fruits, loquat fruits and snow pears; and the traditional Chinese medicine components comprise the following rawmaterials: mulberry leaves, chrysanthemum flowers, honeysuckle flowers, mint, hogfennel roots, radix platycodonis, cassia seeds, plantain seeds, loquat seeds and wampee seeds.
