The invention relates to a camphor oil microcapsule composition. The camphor oil microcapsule composition is mainly prepared from, by mass, 5-20% of camphor oil, 10-20% of a capsule material, 1-5% ofauxiliary agents, 0.2-1.5% of an anti-freezing agent and the balance water. A preparation method of the camphor oil microcapsule composition includes steps: (1) mixing the camphor oil with the capsulematerial at 40 DEG C to obtain a homogeneous oil phase; (2) dispersing the oil-phase mixture obtained in the step (1) into water with dissolved auxiliary agents, and subjecting the mixture to emulsification and shearing treatment through an emulsifying machine to obtain primary emulsion; (3) adding the anti-freezing agent into the primary emulsion obtained in the step (2), and performing high-speed shearing and stirring to obtain the camphor oil microcapsule composition.
