The spring protection sleeve comprises two ends which are divided into a first end and a second end. The telescopic rod comprises two endswhich are divided into a first end and a second end. The second end of the telescopic rod and the compression spring are limited in the spring protection sleeve, and the first end of the telescopic rod can be extended and retracted relative to the first end of the spring protection sleeve. According to the spring device and the barrier gate including the spring device, since the spring device isprovided with the spring protection sleeve, scraping and/or collision between compression spring bodies can be avoided, the compression spring is prevented from breaking, and the service life of the spring device is prolonged.
