The invention provides a serpentine stator coil structure and a manufacturing method, a PCB stator and a manufacturing method, relate to the technical field of stator coils. A method of manufacturingthe serpentine stator coil structure includes bending a conductor bundle having a starting end and a terminating end into a serpentine coil on a winding support. The terminating end of a serpentine coil is electrically coupled to the starting end of another serpentine coil to form a series circuit. The manufacturing method of the PCB stator includes: milling a printed circuit board and performingconductive bath plating. The two sides of the plating bath of the Hall effect layer, the two sides of the plating tank of the bottom layer, and the two sides of the plating tank of the power layer have electrically connected radial conductors. The power layer is axially stacked between the Hall effect layer and the bottom layer such that all of the radial conductors of each printed circuit board are electrically connected in parallel in the axial direction through the conductive plating baths. The present invention can easily and efficiently produce a serpentine wound serpentine stator coil structure or a PCB stator.
