The invention discloses a double-head fully smooth screw rotor of a twin-screw liquid pump, and a design method thereof. The left end profile line (101) of a left screw rotor (I) of the double-head fully smooth screw rotor comprises four arcs, four elliptic arcs, four elliptic arc envelope lines and four involutes; through the engagement mode that common points and cycloids are replaced with the elliptic arcs and conjugate curves thereof, the elliptic arcs are connected to the conjugate curves thereof through an involute, so that the curve sections of the end profile line are connected smoothly, and the fully smooth screw rotor is obtained. Two rotors are identical, and the correct engagement can be achieved; and the profile line is simple, and easy to process and manufacture.
