The invention provides a reamer bit for gob-side entry driving narrow coal pillar reinforcement construction. The reamer device comprises a drill handle and a drill bit, wherein clamping grooves evenly formed in the circumferential direction of the drill handle are formed in the drill handle, and reamer drilling pieces are arranged in the clamping grooves. The drill bit is a common drill bit or areaming drill bit. A positioning button for controlling the reaming drill pieces to unfold and close from the clamping grooves and being accommodated in the clamping grooves is arranged at the foremost end of the reaming drill bit, and when the positioning button is pressed, the reaming drill pieces unfold from the clamping grooves.
