The invention discloses a preparation method for a PVC macromolecular composite woven material of a drifting boat. The preparation method comprises the following operation steps: (1) adding cerium oxide and dysprosium oxide into a hydrochloric acid solution, evenly mixing and stirring, then adding neodecanoic acid, evenly mixing and stirring and performing thermal-insulation treatment on a mixtureto prepare a neodecanoic acid rare earth mixed solution; (2) evenly mixing polyvinyl chloride, tributyl citrate, the neodecanoic acid rare earth mixed solution and polyethylenimine to prepare a PVC mixed solution; (3) weaving alkali-free glass fiber, pouring the PVC mixed solution prepared in the step (2) onto the woven alkali-free glass fiber and drying to obtain the PVC macromolecular compositewoven material. The PVC macromolecular composite woven material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of extremely excellent mechanical property, excellentwear resistance and excellent ageing resistance, and service life of the drifting boat is greatly prolonged at the same time.
