The invention discloses an environment-friendly waterborne polyurethane adhesive comprising, by weight, 5-15 parts of dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, 30-60 parts of polyhexanedioic-1,6-hexanediol ester glycol, 0.1-0.2 parts of stannous octoate, 0.4-1 part of lysine diisocyanate, 0.1-0.2 parts of butoxyethyl acetate, 1-2 parts of methyl silicone oil, 0.2-0.4 parts of a crosslinker, 1-2 parts of dimethylolbutanoic acid, 10-18 parts of a small molecular chain extender, 1-2 parts of a curing agent, 1-2 parts of a thickener RM-2020, 1-2 parts of a defoamer BYK-141, 1-2 parts of a flatting agent SAN2, 1-2 parts of a sterilizer BIOCIDED10, and 40-100 parts of water. The crosslinker includes, by weight, 0.2-0.4 parts of pentaerythritol and 0.1-0.2 parts of trimethylolethane.
