According to the technical scheme, the phase change energy storing device is used for controlling the temperature, the heat preserving equipment of the heat preserving and transporting system releases colduniformly, the temperature fluctuation degree is small, the temperature is controlled precisely, and goods quality is effectively ensured. Moreover, cold charging of the heat preserving equipment ofthe heat preserving and transporting system is convenient, and by means of an information control system, the functions of state monitoring, route planning, account closing payment and the like are achieved.
