The invention discloses preparation and application of a graphene drug-loading slow-release electrode material. The preparation comprises the following steps: 1, mixing conductive reduction-oxidationgraphene subjected to polydopamine reduction and traditional Chinese medicines, and performing constant temperature treatment under the temperature condition of 35 DEG C for a certain time so as to obtain drug-loading reduction-oxidation graphene; 2, mixing the drug-loading reduction-oxidation graphene and hydrogel, thereby obtaining the conductive reduction-oxidation graphene drug-loading slow-release hydrogel electrode material. The invention further discloses application of the graphene drug-loading slow-release electrode material prepared by the preparation in the medical field. The graphene drug-loading slow-release electrode material provided by the invention solves the simplicity problem that the conventional hydrogel does not have more medical functions except application to skin fit and conduction.
