The invention discloses an intelligent electricity stealing-prevention alarming system and relates to the technical field of electric power anti-theft devices. The system comprises a metering device,a touch sensor, a touch sensing signal driving module, a controller, a wireless communication module, an information recording module, a display module and an intelligent terminal. According to the invention, through the technology of electronic monitoring, it is achieved that when a person touches the touch sensor on the metering device, the system will give an alarm by sending text massages.
