The invention discloses a wind power plant meteorological data management system and method. The system comprises a data collection interface used for regularly reading measured data of a meteorological sensor of each wind turbine generator system from a wind power plant SCADA system, wherein the data collection interface transmits collected information to a storage module for storage, a data verification module verifies the information in the storage module, an alarm is given through an alarm module to an abnormal sensor position where a data anomaly is discovered after verification, the confirmed abnormal data is eliminated, a linear dependence relation with adjacent unit data is utilized to interpolate missing time period data through a data interpolation module, and the information obtained after interpolation is transmitted to the storage module. The wind power plant meteorological data management system and method have the advantages of quickly recognizing the abnormal data, giving an alarm, guaranteeing the integrity and effectiveness of meteorological records at all positions and providing reliable data support for wind power plant operation and maintenance managers.
