The invention discloses a power supply burr fault attack evaluation platform capable of aiming at a true random number generator, and belongs to the technical field of embedded system safety. The platform comprises a burr control module designed on the basis of an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), a voltage conversion module, a data collector and an evaluation computer, wherein the burr control module generates a burr signal, inputs the burr signal into the voltage conversion module to carry out voltage conversion, and takes obtained voltage as the power supply voltage of the true random number generator; the data collector collects a signal random sequence generated by the true random number generator and sends the signal random sequence to the evaluation computer; and the evaluationcomputer carries out statistical randomness testing on the random sequence so as to judge the quality of the randomness of the random number generated by the random number generator under a power supply burr fault state. By use of the platform, from a perspective of physical implementation, the true random number generator is effectively evaluated. The platform is easy in implementation and convenient in use, and an evaluation person can evaluate the true random number generator under a situation that the evaluation person does not need to know the design detail of the true random number generator, and no tampering traces are left.
