The invention creatively provides a vapor source free normal-temperature negative-pressure water distillation device which comprises a seawater degassing chamber and an evaporator chamber, wherein a first seawater inlet, a first exhaust hole and a first seawater outlet are formed in the seawater degassing chamber; a first spraying unit and a partition plate are sequentially arranged from top to bottom inside the seawater degassing chamber; the first spraying unit is communicated with the first seawater inlet; water through holes are formed in the partition plate; a second seawater inlet, a second exhaust hole, a distilled water outlet and a concentrated seawater outlet are formed in the evaporator chamber; the second seawater inlet is communicated with the first seawater outlet; a water baffle plate, a second spraying unit and a heat exchanger are sequentially arranged from top to bottom in the evaporator chamber; an air compressor is arranged outside the evaporator chamber; the secondspraying unit is communicated with the second seawater inlet; an inlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with the air compressor; and an outlet of the heat exchanger extends outside the evaporator chamber. The vapor source free normal-temperature negative-pressure water distillation device creatively provided by the invention is simple in structure, good in operability, not liable to scale and low in energy consumption.
