The invention discloses an apparatus to feed automotive waste rubber wheel bead wires in chemical industry. The apparatus comprises a bottom plate; a mounting frame is disposed on the bottom plate; areaction tank is supported on the bottom plate within the mounting frame through a plurality of hydraulic cylinders; a motor is arranged below the reaction tank; an output shaft of the motor is passedthrough the reaction tank and extended up; the upper end of the output shaft is connected to a separator cone; the separator cone is in conical shape having a small end at the top and a large end atthe bottom; the conical surface of the separator cone is provided with a plurality of separator teeth; the separator teeth vertically face up; the upper portion of the mounting frame is fitted with aseparator barrel; the lower end of the separator barrel is opened; the separator cone is arranged at the lower portion of the separator barrel. The apparatus is novel in concept, reasonable in designand simple in structure; materials are added into the separator barrel; the separator teeth, in conjunction with the rotation of the separator cone, are utilized to separate clustered wires, and adding the segmented wires regularly and quantitatively is very convenient to control, with good effect.
