The invention discloses a double-path temperature control system and method and an air conditioner. The system comprises a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor and a control chip, thefirst temperature sensor is arranged on a radiator which clings to a heating module, and used to collect a first temperature of the radiator; the second temperature sensor is arranged in the heatingmodule, and used to collect a second temperature of the heating module; and the control chip is connected with the first and second temperature sensors, compares the first temperature with the secondtemperature, and controls operation of the system according to a comparison result. Thus, the temperature sampling precision is improved, and the operational reliability of the controller is improved.Influence on the service life of a device or event burnout of the device due to inaccurate temperature detection of the heating module and further misjudgment of the internal real-temperature temperature of the module by the control module can be avoided.
