The invention, which relates to the technical field of electrical engineering, discloses a tester for transformer winding deformation. The tester is composed of a gating circuit and a measuring circuit. The gating circuit consists of first and second relays KM1 and KM2, a switch K1, first and second buttons AN1 and AN2, and a direct-current power source DC1. The measuring circuit includes a firstmeasurement unit U1, a second measurement unit U2, a display device U3, a first normally open contact and a second normally open contact KM2 -1 and KM2-1 and a first wiring port and a second wiring port P1 and P2 of first and second relays KM1 and KM2. With the electronic control and other technologies, the tester is used conveniently with the high test efficiency; the determination accuracy is high; and the manual cost is saved.
