The invention relates to a particle concentration measuring device for high-temperature oil-containing and dust-containing gas. The particle concentration measuring device comprises a dust particle sampling unit, a grading condensing unit, a low-temperature shock cooling unit and an air extraction pump in sequential communication through a pipeline, wherein a flowmeter is arranged on the pipelinebetween the low-temperature shock cooling unit and the air extraction pump; the dust particle sampling unit comprises a sampling head, a sampling pipe and a first heating heat insulation unit arrangedat the outer side of the sampling pipe; a quartz filter tube and an accommodating cavity for installing the quartz filter tube are arranged in the sampling pipe. The device can be used for sampling the dust particles in the high-temperature oil-containing and dust-containing gas and accurately measuring the dust concentration; in addition, the condensation of the tar on the flowmeter and the airextraction pump can be avoided.
