The invention relates to vacuum electric plating primer as well as a preparation method and a vacuum electric plating process thereof, and relates to the technical field of vacuum electric plating. The pretreatment step before the primer spray coating is reduced. The vacuum electric plating primer is prepared from two-functionality-degree urethane acrylate, bisphenol A epoxy acrylate, ethyl acetate, ethyl alcohol, polystyrene microspheres, glycerin monostearate, photoinitiators, leveling agents, adhesion force accelerators and active diluents. Through the addition of polystyrene microspheres,the toughness of the paint film can be favorably improved; the adhesion force of the primer on the surface of a material can be favorably enhanced; through the addition of glycerin monostearate, the influence of the static electricity on the surface of the material on the uniform distribution of the primer on the material can be favorably inhibited; the static electricity elimination operation before the primer spray coating on the material can be favorably reduced; through the crosslinking effects of two-functionality-degree urethane acrylate, bisphenol A epoxy acrylate, the adhesion force accelerators and the active diluents, the adhesion of the paint film of the primer on the material can be favorably improved.
