The stent is characterized in that an electrostatic spinning technology is employed, nanofiber blended with heparin and rosuvastatin calcium is taken as the covered stent, the covered stent is placed at back of aneurysm neck so that tumor and circulated blood flow are isolated, so that treatment is carried out, the heparin continuously released in the material has anti-thrombosis capability, the rosuvastatin calcium has non biological activity, is easy to be preserved and transport, and can continuously release a drug, and through a plurality of endothelial factor-promoted mediates, the formation of an endothelial layer is accelerated. The covered stent with a small pipe diameter is used for clinical treatment of intracranial complex aneurysms, hasthe advantage of thrombosis resistance, and is capable of promoting endothelialization performance, and has advantages of easy production, conveying and preservation.
