The invention provides a circuit board, the circuit board includes a substrate, a first conducting layer, a second conducting layer and an electronic device are arranged on the substrate, the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer are arranged on opposite sides of the substrate respectively, the first end of the first conducting layer is used for being bound to a binding electrodeof a display panel, the bottom end of the electronic device is provided with a bonding pad, and the bottom end of the electronic device is arranged on the first conducting layer, so that the bonding pad is in contact with the first conducting layer; and the top end of the electronic device is located on a side of the first conducting layer facing the second conducting layer. Accordingly, the present invention also provides a display device. According to the circuit board and display device provided by the invention, the occurrence of signal delay can be reduced, thereby improving a display effect of the display device.
