本发明涉及一种砂箱卸载自动控制系统及施工方法，包括砂箱、电气控制系统和计算机控制系统；是在传统砂箱卸载装置的基础上增加设置传感器，实时监测砂箱在卸载过程中的卸载情况；通过计算机对监测数据自动分析，再由电动机根据分析结果自动调节砂箱的卸载速度；具有卸载速度控制精细、同步性控制好、自动化程度高、操作便利等优点。

The invention relates to an automatic control system and construction method for sand box unloading. The system is composed of a sand box, an electric control system and a computer control system. A sensor is added based on the traditional sand box unloading device and is used for monitoring the unloading situation of the sand box in the unloading process in real-time; the computer analyzes the monitoring data automatically; and the motor adjusts the unloading speed of the sand ox automatically based on the analysis result. The control system has advantages of fine unloading speed control, good synchronization control performance, high automation degree and convenient operation.
