The device can be installed on hills, valleys and hillsides where wind is strong, and the blades are pushed by airflow to rotate; through the support of the lower rotating seat and the upper rotating seat, the arranged blades stably rotate on the stand column while being supported by the lower rotating seat and the upper rotating seat, and the safety of equipment operation is improved; inaddition, a rotating frame is arranged on the wound rotor induction generator, and the blades are fixed by the rotating frame, so that the blades are driven by the wind to rotate, the rotating frame is driven to rotate, and the wound rotor induction generator rotates to generate electricity; and the blades of the device are vertically arranged, the occupancy of the equipment space is lowered, thedevice also adapts to different wind directions, and the assembly difficulty of the device is reduced.
