The invention provides a nitrogenation furnace rear chamber capable of being subjected to vacuumizing and a sealing and cooling method of the nitrogenation furnace rear chamber. The nitrogenation furnace rear chamber comprises a furnace body, a nitrogen gag re-pressing pipe, sealing furnace doors, a vacuum suction pipe and a vacuum pump. After the furnace body is sealed by the sealing furnace doors, the vacuum pump sucks out air in the furnace body, then the nitrogen gas pipe injects nitrogen gas into the furnace body, and then a workpiece is sent into the furnace body to be cooled. The nitrogenation furnace rear chamber has the advantages of being simple in structure, ingenious in design, convenient to operate, capable of reducing energy consumption and lowering the cost and the like.
