The invention discloses an integrated plasma separating human immunodeficiency virus immune adsorber. The integrated plasma separating human immunodeficiency virus immune adsorber comprises a shell and further comprises a blood inlet, a blood outlet and plasma outlets which are formed in the shell and communicate with the interior of the shell. An inner cavity of the shell is provided with a separating cavity and an adsorption cavity; sealing rings are arranged at the two ends of the inner cavity of the shell; a hollow fibrous membrane is arranged in the separating cavity, and the two ends ofthe hollow fibrous membrane are fixed to the sealing rings in an inserted mode and communicate with the blood inlet and the blood outlet; the separating cavity and the adsorption cavity communicate through a first porous membrane only allowing plasma to penetrate; and the adsorption cavity is internally provided with human immunodeficiency virus immune adsorbents. The integrated plasma separatinghuman immunodeficiency virus immune adsorber has the beneficial effects that by forming the separating cavity and the adsorption cavity, plasma separating and adsorption can be conducted synchronously, direct contact of blood cells and the adsorbents is avoided, and thus biocompatibility is improved; a regenerative treatment mode or a single-time adsorption treatment mode can be selected independently according to the patient condition; and the consumable cost and the treatment cost are lowered, and the adsorption effect is improved.
