The invention relates to a self-aligning roller bearing with sealing elements at the two sides. The self-aligning roller bearing comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, a rolling body, a retainer andthe framework-contact sealing elements, wherein the retainer is installed between the outer ring and the inner ring; the rolling body is installed in the retainer; sunken circular steps are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the outer cylindrical surface of the outer ring; an annular groove used for fixing one framework-contact sealing element is formed in the radial direction of the root part of each step; and one end of each framework-contact sealing element is fixed to the corresponding step on the outer cylindrical surface of the outer ring, and the other end of the framework-contact sealing element makes contact with a raceway of the inner ring or a small retaining side of the inner ring. The self-aligning roller bearing disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the bearing capacity and the self-aligning performance of the bearing cannot be influenced by a sealing position, and moreover, the sealing elements of the bearing are simple to assemble, andthe early-stage abnormal failure of the sealing elements in transport and installation processes is avoided; and in the working process of the bearing, the framework-contact sealing elements are compressed with the end surface of the outer ring through other parts, so that the normal working of the sealing elements is ensured, and then the service lives of the sealing elements and the bearing areprolonged.
