Through holes (16 to 19) allowing insertion of theprotrusions (36 to 39) are formed in the upper portion of the resin seat backrest panel (1), and the peripheral edge portion of the rear side opening portion (34) is joined to the peripheral edge portion of each of the through holes (16 to 19) to form a closed cross-sectional structure for arranging a headrest guide.
