The invention provides a bolt device and a mounting method for a protection sleeve, and belongs to the technical field of rust protection. The bolt device comprises a bolt rod and a heat shrink tubing. The bolt rod comprises a threaded section and a connecting section. The heat shrink tubing is sleeved on the connecting section, so that the outer wall of the connecting section is covered by the heat shrink tubing, and the outer surface of the heat shrink tubing is provided with skid-resistant bulges. The bolt device and the mounting method for a protection sleeve improve service life of a bolt.
