The invention discloses a method and system for estimating reasonableness of large power grid planning power flow. The method comprises the steps of building a first evaluation index set of running mode data reasonableness of single time; building a second evaluation index set of running mode data reasonableness of a plurality of times; acquiring data quality score of each evaluation index in thefirst evaluation index set at an arbitrary time; acquiring average data quality score of all evaluation indexes in the first evaluation index set at an arbitrary time; acquiring data quality score ofeach evaluation index in the second evaluation index set at the plurality of times; acquiring average data quality score of all evaluation indexes in the second evaluation index set at the plurality of times; and determining integral average data quality score of the first evaluation index set and the second evaluation index set according to the average data quality score of all evaluation index in the first evaluation index set and the average data quality score of all evaluation index in the second evaluation index set.
