本发明公开了一种贝莱斯芽孢杆菌、应用及其发酵液制备方法，所述贝莱斯芽孢杆菌为抗烟草黑胫病病菌的拮抗菌株，该贝莱斯芽孢杆菌已在中国武汉武汉大学中国典型培养物保藏中心保藏，保藏号为CCTCC NO：M2018004。通过本发明提供的所述贝莱斯芽孢杆菌，能有效拮抗烟草黑胫病病菌，进而达到防治烟草黑胫病的作用。

The invention discloses bacillus velezensis, an application and a preparation method for fermentation liquor thereof. The bacillus velezensis is an antagonistic strain for resisting tobacco black shank pathogenic bacteria. The bacillus velezensis is preserved in the china center for type culture collection of the Wuhuan University in China, and a preservation number is CCTCC NO: M2018004. Throughthe provided bacillus velezensis, the tobacco black shank pathogenic bacteria can be effectively antagonized, so the effect of preventing and treating tobacco black shank is achieved.
