The invention provides an anticorrosive composite knitted fabric. The fabric comprises a corrosion-resistant layer and a thermal-insulating layer; and the corrosion-resistant layer is connected with the upper end surface of the thermal-insulating layer through an adhesive, the corrosion-resistant layer is formed by weaving of ramie yarn and cotton yarn, and the thermal-insulating layer is formed by weaving of chemical fiber, wool and acrylic blended yarn and bamboo charcoal fiber yarn. Compared with the prior art, the fabric provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the fabric realizes double-layer design, improves a warm keeping effect, and has corrosion-resistant and friction-resistant functions and long service life.
