The invention provides a fiber optic quantum key distribution network failure recovery method, which comprises the following steps: when a fiber optic quantum key distribution QKD network is faulty, determining a fiber optic QKD source node and a fiber optic QKD destination node corresponding to an affected service; acquiring a first target ground station in connection with the fiber optic QKD source node and a second target ground station in connection with the fiber optic QKD destination node; and using the first target ground station, a preset quantum satellite, and the second target groundstation as relay nodes between the fiber optic QKD source node and the fiber optic QKD destination node to recover the affected service corresponding to the fiber optic QKD source node and the fiberoptic QKD destination node. By utilizing the satellite-ground QKD between the quantum satellite and the ground station and combining the ground fiber optic QKD between the ground station and the fiberoptic QKD network, the method can realize the rapid recovery of the fiber optic QKD network failure in heaven-earth collaboration, which effectively improves the failure recovery efficiency of the fiber optic QKD network, and solves the problem that the current fiber optic QKD network failure is difficult to quickly respond and recover in time.
