By adopting the device, lead fixation can be mainly achieved through the two lead clamps, the two lead clamps are withdrawn towards the middle through the transmitter, furthermore the purpose that alead in an operation area can be conveniently tightened and loosened can be achieved, the device is convenient to operate, light in weight, high in insulating property and easy in indirect contact live lead operation, and insecurity of conventional live operation can be overcome.
