A method and a system for determining a sensitivity typhoon wind field characteristic parameter are provided. The method comprises: calculating a main material stress ratio of a transmission tower under different working conditions according to the obtained wind field characteristic parameters; according to the wind field characteristic parameters and the main material stress ratio of the transmission tower under different working conditions, performing normalization processing; and determining a sensitivity typhoon wind field characteristic parameter by comparing the consistency of the normalized curves processed by using the characteristic parameters of the wind field and the main material stress ratio of the transmission tower. According to the method provided by the present invention,the sensitivity typhoon wind field characteristic parameter which has a most significant influence on the transmission tower is determined in a plurality of typhoon wind field parameters, and the windparameter combination and wind load calculation are performed according to the parameter, so that the influence of other wind field characteristic parameters on the anti-typhoon design of the transmission tower can be reduced, the pertinence and accuracy of the anti-typhoon design of the transmission tower can be improved, and the design efficiency can be improved.
