The invention provides a three-dimensional concrete curing method, which comprises the following steps: (1) spray nozzle selection, wehrein a pair of spray nozzles and the connecting material are selected; (2) on-site arrangement, wherein a water spraying system which comprises a pair of spray nozzle sleeves, a spray nozzle base, a universal joint, a universal rotating sleeve, a rotating base andfirst three-way pieces is arranged. The distance between the spray nozzles and the vertical surface of the concrete is 800-1200 mm, and the angle range of the spray nozzles tilted upwards is around 15-25 degrees. One group of columns are adopted when the transverse width of the columns is less than or equal to 2X, and meanwhile the spray nozzles of a bent pipe can be sealed or the joints where thefirst three-way pieces are connected with the bent pipe are blocked off after the bent pipe is removed, and when the transverse width is more than 2X, and the two ends of the bent pipe are screwed onthe first three-way pieces respectively.
