The invention relates to a nano-porous silver-loaded porous silver oxide nano-sheet composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is a bar material, which comprises an amorphous matrix, nano-porous silver covering the amorphous matrix and a porous silver oxide nano-sheet which is supported on the surface of the nano-porous silver; the amorphous matrix is a CuxZryAgz alloy component, wherein x, y, z are atomic percent, 35 <= x <= 45, 35 <= y <= 45, 10 <= z <= 30, and x+y+z=100; wherein the nano-porous silver layer is 100-150 micrometers thick, the ligament width is20-110 nanometers, and the pore size is 30-150 nanometers; the thickness of the nano-sheet is 50-110 nanometers, the length of the nano-sheet is 150-400 nanometers, the width is 10-100 nanometers, and the thickness is 5-10 nanometers; the size of the nano holes on the nano-sheet is 1-3 nanometers. The composite material has unique structure and performance advantages in the field of antibacterialmaterials.
