The invention provides a method for wireless communication call of rail transit and relates to the technology of wireless communications. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dividing the entire rail transit into different call cells according to the line mileage, wherein a ground communication terminal determines, according to the location of the terminal, the call cell to which the terminal belongs, to form a ground number table characterizing the corresponding information of ground equipment identity and ground number; 2) before the train is operated, forming a train call group by atrain vehicular station and other on-board mobile communication terminals, to form a vehicle number table characterizing on-board equipment identity and vehicle number; 3) after the train is operated, determining the call cell where the train is located according to the location of the train, wherein a wireless communication center updates the ground number table pointed by the on-board call group of the train number to the ground number table of the current call cell. The method solves the problem that in the past, as the wireless coverage of the base station is uncontrollable, the mobile user terminal cannot accurately communicate through the location-based call.
