The invention discloses a method for forming a PC component with a groove, and aims to solve the technical problems of high operation requirement, complex procedure, easiness in damaging a mold, severe hard light pollution caused by cutting and welding processes in an existing forming method. The method for forming the PC component with the groove comprises the steps of designing and manufacturinga steel lug according to a PC component groove design drawing, firmly adhering the steel lug and a steel moulding plate through a structure adhesive, assembling a mold after the applicable strength is achieved, then pouring concrete to manufacture the PC component, and forming the groove on the surface of the component after demolding. Only the adhesion part of the steel lug needs to be locally heated until the structure adhesive is melted, and then the lug can be taken away and then recycled. According to the method for forming the PC component with the groove provided by the invention, thedestruction and the damage on the steel moulding plate and a steel module through a welding and cutting process can be avoided, the hard light pollution is avoided, the production cost is low, and theeconomic benefit is remarkably improved.
