Cell transplantation is combined; the neuroprotective effect of methylprednisolone and the nerve repairing effect of HAM-NSCs are combined to explore a new strategy for SCI treatment; the drug provides a theoretical basis for exploring the recovery mechanism of nerve injuries, and provides a feasible scheme for clinical treatment of the spinal cord injuries; and the drug effectively reduces the disability rate of SCI, improves the living quality of patients with thespinal cord injuries, and has broad clinical application values.
