Different doses of methylprednisolone, utilization of anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic neuroprotective effects and transplantation of amnion derived neural stem cells at different times after operation are combined, and whether the combination of the drug and the animal model can promote axonal regeneration and function recovery after experiment rat spinal cord injuries or not, so the drug explores a new therapeutic strategy for SCI repairing, and has great theoretical significance and broad clinical application prospect. Cell transplantation is combined; the neuroprotective effect of methylprednisolone and the nerve repairing effect of HAM-NSCs are combined to explore a new strategy for SCI treatment; the drug provides a theoretical basis for exploring the recovery mechanism of nerve injuries, and provides a feasible scheme for clinical treatment of the spinal cord injuries; and the drug effectively reduces the disability rate of SCI, improves the living quality of patients with thespinal cord injuries, and has broad clinical application values.
