The invention provides a method for producing double sets of wheel teeth on the same part. The method is characterized in that an alignment judging angle is firstly calculated according to a tooth number relation of the two sets of wheel teeth and is compared with an alignment deviation angle requested by a drawing; then, according to the comparing result, aiming at the condition of the alignmentjudging angle not larger than the alignment deviation angle requested by the drawing, the manufacturing is performed by a mode of researching and marking actual alignment of the wheel teeth after machining of the wheel teeth; and when the wheel teeth are machined, machining start points of the two sets of wheel teeth are randomly selected on the periphery of an addendum circle, so that machining tooth parts have no need to be corrected through lineation and visual tool setting according to three coordinate data before cutting, the production process is simpler and more convenient, the time andlabor saving is facilitated, and the enterprise production efficiency is improved.
