The invention relates to a submerged floating cluster manifold system which comprises a cluster manifold body, and is characterized by further comprising buoys, deep water functional modules, an underwater flexible cross-under pipe and a mooring system, wherein the plurality of buoys are arranged at the bottom of the cluster manifold body, so that the cluster manifold body is suspended underwater;the plurality of deep water functional modules are fixed at seabed; one end of the underwater flexible cross-under pipe is connected with a dry underwater Christmas tree in each deep water functionalmodules, and the other end of the underwater flexible cross-under pipe is connected with a production hub on the cluster manifold body so as to form a production loop; one end of the mooring system is fixed at the seabed, and the other end of the mooring system is connected with the cluster manifold body, so that the cluster manifold body is stably suspended in water. According to the submerged floating cluster manifold system disclosed by the invention, the problem that the traditional submerged cluster manifold is difficult in waste recovery and cannot be repeatedly utilized is solved, particularly use of a large underwater infrastructure is avoided, the cost of underwater foundation installation of the traditional manifold is greatly reduced, cost decreasing and benefit increasing effects are achieved, and the original concept of an 'easy to recover and recyclable' new-generation underwater gathering line is created.
