The invention provides a novel grout sleeve for connecting prefabricated concrete member steel bars. The novel grout sleeve comprises a seamless square steel tube. A built-in spring and built-in ribbed steel bars are arranged in the seamless square steel tube. The built-in ribbed steel bars are separately welded with the four inner corners of the seamless square steel tube. The built-in spring isarranged in a space formed by the four built-in ribbed steel bars. The outer wall of the built-in spring is locally adhered to the side walls of the built-in ribbed steel bars, and is welded with theside walls of the built-in ribbed steel bars. The built-in spring and the seamless square steel tube share a central axis. The internal diameter of the built-in spring is larger than the internal diameter of each prefabricated concrete member steel bar. A grout inlet and a grout outlet, which are communicated with the interior of the seamless square steel tube, are formed in the wall of the seamless square steel tube. Plugs used for sealing the end ports are arranged at the two open ends of the seamless square steel tube. Holes of which the diameters are matched with the diameters of the prefabricated concrete member steel bars are formed in the middle part of the plugs. The novel grout sleeve has the advantages that the used raw materials are common and easy to obtain, the processing andmanufacturing process is simple, the cost is low, the operation performance is excellent, and the novel grout sleeve can be widely used for connecting steel bars among a precast shear wall, a precastcolumn and a beam-column connection.
