The invention discloses a construction method for a casing pipe occlusive pile in a high-water-head geological condition. The construction method comprises the steps that a plurality of piling hole positions are obtained, the multiple piling hole positions comprise a plurality of unreinforced hole positions, a plurality of reinforced hole positions and a sand pile hole position; the multiple unreinforced hole positions and the multiple reinforced hole positions are numbered in sequence correspondingly; the first unreinforced hole position with the foremost numbering sequence is subjected to pouring operation, and whether the first unreinforced hole position meets the preset state or not is judged after pouring is completed; and the piling hole positions which are not subjected to pouring are subjected to pouring operation based on the judgment result. After pouring of the first unreinforced hole position is completed, the subsequent pouring sequences are adjusted according to the pouring state of the first unreinforced hole position, it is guaranteed that the unreinforced hole positions cannot be influenced in the pouring process of each reinforced hole position, accidents such aspiping and casing pipe water inrush are effectively avoided, normal construction in the high-water-head geological condition is guaranteed, construction safety and quality are improved, and construction efficiency is improved.
