The invention discloses a rapid detection method for the content of vitamin C in food, and relates to the technical field of vitamin C content detection. The rapid detection method comprises the following steps: manufacturing of a standard curve: precisely weighing 10 to 30 ml of a standard substance solution, adding an ethanol solution to perform gradient dilution on the standard substance solution, then precisely weighing 2 to 8 microliters of a gradient dilution solution to be injected into a high performance liquid chromatograph, and recording a chromatogram map; (2) preparation of a sample liquor: weighing 100 to 200 g of liquid nitrogen to be ground into powder, adding 300 to 500 ml of the ethanol solution, using an ultrasonic cosolvent to prepare a test solution, then adding the prepared test solution into a separating funnel, absorbing a supernate inside the separating funnel to be added into a Buchner funnel, and then carrying out suction filtration through a sucking pump to prepare a vitamin C concentrated solution; and (3) sample loading of a sample liquor: precisely weighing 2 to 8 micromicroliters of the sample solution to be injected into the high performance liquid chromatograph, and recording the chromatogram map. The rapid detection method is simple in operation, high in degree of separation, high in specificity, accurate and credible in detection result, widein detection range and short in detection time, and has extremely high popularization value.
