The invention provides a superhigh-intensity cold rolled steel plate with high intensity being 780 MPa or higher and excellent bending processing performance. The superhigh-intensity cold rolled steelplate with good bending processing performance is characterized by being prepared from the following chemical ingredients in percentage by mass: 0.08 to 0.20 percent of C, 0.1 to 1.5 percent of Si, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of Mn, 0.02 percent or less of P, 0.002 percent or less of S, 0.02 to 0.10 percent of Al, 0.0060 percent or less of N, 0.0015 percent or less of Ca, 0.0020 percent or less of O and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The tissues consist of a ferrite phase and a low-temperature phase change generation phase; when the impurity size in the tissues is expressed by the diameter of the circles with the same area, the oxide series impurities with the diameter being 5mu m or more is 30/mm<2> or less; the tensile intensity is 780 MPa or higher.
