The invention relates to a compound containing o-amino heteroaromatic ring alkynyl, a preparation method and uses thereof, wherein the structure of the compound is represented by a formula (I). According to the present invention, the compound represented by the formula (I) has the high FGFR-RET dual-target inhibitory activity and the low KDR activity, and has strong inhibition activity in human lung cancer cell line NCI-H1581, gastric cancer cell line SNU16, RET-dependent sensitive cell line BaF3-CCDC6-Ret and mutants; and the pharmacokinetic data indicate that the compound containing o-aminoheteroaromatic ring alkynyl has drug-forming property, and can correlatively and significantly inhibit the growth of related tumors in long-term animal pharmacodynamic models, wherein the animal is inthe good state at the effective dose.
