The nitrogen filling equipmentcomprises a nitrogen storage device and a nitrogen filling device, the nitrogen storage device comprises a nitrogen outlet, a high pressure nitrogen storage tank and a nitrogen inlet, the nitrogen outlet and the nitrogen inlet are both arranged on the high pressure nitrogen storage tank, the nitrogen outlet is provided with a first electromagnetic valve, the nitrogen inlet is provided with a second electromagnetic valve, the nitrogen filling device comprises a nitrogen fuel supply station, a pipeline A, a pipeline B and a buffer tank, the nitrogen fuel supply station is connected with the buffer tank through the pipeline A, and the buffer tank is connected with the nitrogen inlet through the pipeline B. According to the hydrogen filling equipment of the supply fuel battery module, the nitrogen output quantity can be conveniently adjusted, the high pressure nitrogen storage tank and the nitrogen fuel supply station are provided with buffer tanks, and an effective protection effect is achieved on the high-pressure nitrogen storage tank. According to the intelligent nitrogen filling method, the safety of operators and the nitrogen filling precision degree are ensured.
